You will be working in an office for an established, global market leading, exclusive recruitment agency specialising in butlers, housekeepers, nannies, PAs for high profile clients, undertaking a variety of administrative tasks including answering the telephone, sending emails and creating job vacancies on the website.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Duties will include:
- Making and receiving telephone calls
- Dealing with candidates e.g. formatting CVs
- Sending and receiving emails
- Creating, editing, and posting job vacancies
- Managing social media accounts
- Relaying information and directing calls/emails to the correct people
- Any other general administrative duties required

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
