Summary

During this apprenticeship, you will be learning how to take orders, how to deal with customer complaints and how to manage a busy shop. You also would be able to learn some barista skills on the side as you will be making drinks. You will also be learning some admin work on the side, such as making Rota, managing weekly budgets for the shop.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

  • Taking orders 
  • Managing stock
  • Leading a shift such as dealing with customers, complaints and staff
  • Proactively seek and drive activities that support the achievement of the business vision and objectives, improve competitiveness, to meet financial targets
