We have 3 stores in Birmingham and are willing to take on good amount of applications. We have a experiences team, that will help teach you all the skills required for this job and more opportunities are available. Students who have joined us three years are now are managing shops. Duties include food and beverage service, plus more.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

Duties will include (but will not be limited):
- Take orders
- Making drinks
- Managing stock

You will get training on how to take orders and how to deal with customers complains and manage a busy shop. You also, will get training on how to make coffee and cold drinks.

Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- Math (grade 4)
