Summary

During this apprenticeship you will be learning how to take orders how to deal with customer complaints and how to manage a busy shop. You also would be able to learn some barista skills on the side as you will be making drinks. We have a wide range of experience staff that will be able to help you and guide you.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

Duties include:

  • Taking orders
  • Making drinks (Coffee, mocktails, bubble tea) 
  • Managing stock
  • First part of the training will be learning how to take orders, second part of the training will be dealing with customer, and how to give the best customer service, third part of your training will be making drinks. After this all, you will be able to manage the shop without anyone's help.
