Summary

During this apprenticeship you will be learning how to take orders how to deal with customer complaints and how to manage a busy shop. You also would be able to learn some barista skills on the side as you will be making drinks. we have a wide range of experience staff that will be able to help you and guide you.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

Your training plan

  • Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor qualification

First part of the training will be learning how to take orders. Second part of a train to be dealing with customer, and how to get the best customer service. Third part of your  trainer will be drinks. After this training, you will be able to manage the shop without anyone's help. From this to be able to do a supervisor role.

Essential qualifications

GCSE or equivalent in:

  • math (grade 4)
