Summary
An amazing opportunity to join the SES Group providing administrative support to both the operational property inspection team and our clients property management team. Duties will include capturing data from the inspection reports within the unit tracker, plus more.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Capturing data from the inspection reports within the unit tracker
- To input and extract data as required with some analysis and reporting
- Maintain accurate files and records
- Dealing with any communication with the site managers relating property issues
- Managing and updating the escalations/queries tracker
- Deal with telephone enquiries from inspectors
- To provide support to the Project Lead
- Organise and co-ordinate meetings as required
- To undertake any other reasonable duty, which is appropriate to the pay band, when requested by senior staff
- To be familiar with and comply with all SES Group and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines
- To be aware of and work towards the SES Group mission, vision, and values

Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- English (grade Grade 4/C or equivalent)
- ICT (grade Grade 4/C or equivalent)
