Summary
We are looking for a Recruiter who is eager to learn and grow with our company. This position will assist our company in learning and growing in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, a desire to learn, and the ability to work with people from all walks of life.

£16,000 - £18,000 - To be discussed with the successful candidate Including cash bonuses of £100, £200 or £500 for individual targets, and company/branch nights out and activities for collective targets.

Dyas and shifts to be confirmed. The hours 8 hours a day, plus a one hour lunch. We have flexible start/finish times for staff, with an arrival time anywhere between 7:00-10:00 that then corresponds to a finish time 16:00 - 19:00

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Conduct phone calls to potential candidates
- Schedule interviews for Recruiters
- Create and update resumes and cover letters for current and future candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers on new hire applications
- Coordinate with hiring managers on new hire onboarding
- Coordinate with our Training department on new hire training
- Manage our candidate applicant database throughout the hiring process
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure that all recruitment processes are completed in a timely manner
- Manage our candidate applicant database throughout the employment process
- Report any issues or concerns regarding the employment process to HR Manager

- Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment or Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment
End Point Assessment
Maths and English functional skills if required, which will be delivered via online training sessions for 1 hour per week

GCSE or equivalent in:
- English & maths (grade A*-C or 4-9)
