Summary
Chase Terrace Pharmacy are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice. You will work with customers on the counter, assist the pharmacist on duty, have a good knowledge of customer service practice and experience in cash handling. Flexibility available on start date to accommodate Summer 2024 school/college leavers.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Tasks will include:
- Serving and speaking to customers
- Helping customer to find and buy the right products
- Handling cash, taking card payments and balancing a till
- Stocking shelves and displaying goods
- Pricing items
- Dealing with customer complaints (with managers help)
- Keeping the shop clean and tidy
