Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks and providing support to the office staff.
The job role includes but is not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails in a timely manner
- Creating and updating files
- Researching companies online/credit reports
- Dealing with client enquiries
- Accurate data entry
- Support general invoicing and billing
- Diary management
Full time position.
20 days holiday + Bank holidays.

We are a credit control and professional services firm based in Leyland Lancashire, we are a small 4 person team that assists other companies in recovery of unpaid invoices.
