Summary
As an integral part of the business, the Parts Tech will be using John Deere’s sophisticated parts systems, run a profitable retail environment, merchandise goods effectively and understand the value of John Deere products and the importance of selling on quality rather than price.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Communicating across the business using a variety of methods including verbal and electronic communication.
- Processing parts orders from both internal and retail customers along with processing warranty returns.
- Identifying specific components using an electronic parts catalogue
- Processing payment transactions.
- Supporting the dealer and colleagues to carry out regular stock taking activities.
- Marketing activities and promotional campaigns.

Training consists of both residential block training basis at our dedicated John Deere Training Centre in Nottinghamshire and online training sessions.

About this company
Masons Kings are a leading, family run, Agricultural and Turf dealership, plus Country Store, with over 30 years experience in the industry. We were established in 1974 as an agricultural machinery dealer and in 1985 became one of the first John Deere dealerships in the South West. Further expansion of the product range came in 2000 when a Turf equipment department was opened.
