This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful engineering company based in Barton under Needwood near Burton Upon Trent as part of their office administration team. The role will involve welcoming visitors, answering the phone and inputting data.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- We operate in a dynamic and fast paced office. You will need the ability to time manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
- A good telephone manner is needed, polite manner to welcome visitors, be able to work alone and as part of a team.
- You will need good computer skills, Excel and Word, plus be able to work with our own bespoke system to: - input orders, - input despatch notes, - process invoices, - deal with customer and supplier enquiries
