Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Assisting with daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Managing and organising files, documents, and correspondence
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Supporting the preparation of reports and presentations
- Learning to use office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding and implementing health and safety procedures in an office environment
- Contributing to team projects and meetings
