Summary
The Swan Inn are looking for a chef to join their experienced team in this busy pub in a beautiful, rural location. This is the ideal role for you if you are looking to develop the range of skills needed for a good career in the hospitality industry. The Commis Chef will be fully immersed in all aspects of a busy running kitchen.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
· Preparation of all veg and salad
· Presentation of meals
· Preparation of puddings
· Preparation of mains
· All cleaning duties

After this apprenticeship
The aim will be for you to become a permanent member of staff on successful completion of the apprenticeship and to progress further to Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor if you would like to take on more responsibility and develop within the role.
