Summary
A Level 3 Apprentice Administrator is required. ARH Acquisitions is an established, forward thinking company. We have a young team and are real property enthusiasts. No day is ever the same. You might find yourself renting a property to a newly wed couple or handing a landlord the keys to his newly refurbished home. With such a varied role your property journey will be exciting & progressive. Duties include: general administration, letting & management of residential and commercial properties.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- General administration
- Letting & management of residential and commercial properties
- Overseeing construction sites with ARH property manager
- Company diary management
- Answering and making phone calls to book viewings for prospective tenants
- Liaising with building control
- Dealing with company software such as Open Rent, Rent Guard & Rightmove etc.
- Dealing with property management compliance
- Viewings
- Carrying checkout & check-in for tenants.

- There are workshops that you will need to attend, remotely via Teams/Zoom.
- You will have a mentor for one to one teaching and learning.
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.

About this company
ARH Acquisitions Ltd are a real estate company which mainly focuses on property development. We handle the construction of both our own properties and clients properties. Projects start from the purchase of a property, to getting planning permission and then we carry out the construction right through to the finished product. We also carry out the letting and management of all our properties, as well as offering a letting and management service for any landlords.
