Summary
We are seeking an dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at AV Autos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and customer service. An interest in cars or knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous in the role, but not essential.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and manage appointments for vehicle servicing and repairs
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Creating invoices and quoting any repairs via TechMan garage management software.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure any parts for repair are sourced
- Coordinate with mechanics and other staff to ensure smooth operations in house
- Keep the reception area clean and organised
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
