What you will do in your working day

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Producing sales invoices for capital equipment sales
  • Preparing monthly KPI reports for management meeting
  • Maintaining stock reports for Technosys Ltd
  • Managing the company ISO documentation within the Commercial Department to ensure full compliance
  • Organise transport for machinery – UK
  • Organise Freight Forwarders for customs paperwork
  • Liaising with suppliers as and when required
  • Authorising supplier invoices
  • Occasional visits to customers
  • Day to day deliveries and booking on DHL portal
  • Exhibition duties as and when necessary
  • Any other duties that the management deem necessary

The training you will be getting

  • The successful candidate will work towards achieving their Apprenticeship Standard in Business Administrator Level 3
  • A dedicated work-based trainer will be assigned to the candidate to provide them with support and guidance throughout the course
  • This is a predominantly work-based programme with College attendance required once a month. All learning will take place at the candidate's place of employment/college and within their contracted working hours
