What you will do in your working day

The administration role within an accountancy practice is a busy, varied and critical role within the organisation and offers vital support to all areas of the business. 

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Ensuring client records are kept up to date and well organised
  • Assisting in the maintenance of accurate anti-money laundering records
  • Ensuring new client onboarding procedures are correctly followed
  • Assistance in the development of internal admin procedures
  • Communicating key information to clients
  • Regular interaction with HMRC and other national bodies
  • Taking and distributing internal meeting notes

The training you will be getting

  • The successful candidate will work towards achieving their Apprenticeship Standard in Business Administration Level 3. A dedicated work-based trainer will be assigned to the candidate to provide them with support and guidance throughout the course.
  • This is a predominently work-based programme with College attendance required once a month. All learning will take place at the candidate's place of employment/College and within their contracted working hours.
