What you will do in your working day
As an apprentice associate recruiter, you'll be responsible for:
- Sourcing and evaluating candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards, curating a comprehensive candidate database
- Crafting and publishing detailed job advertisements using finite attention to detail
- Fostering strong client relationships through effective communication
Additionally:
- You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our company's online presence through social media management
- Embrace opportunities for professional growth as you learn and execute strategies for business development, including lead generation via email, phone calls, job platforms and other innovative platforms
The training you will be getting
Accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), this comprehensive degree apprenticeship can be completed in three years.
This apprenticeship enhances commercial awareness by offering a thorough understanding of business and management theory, marketing, accounting and areas such as ethics, strategy, global perspectives, and the digital economy.
Successful apprentices are awarded a BA (Hons) in Business and Management from the University of Hertfordshire as well as Chartered Manager status through the CMI.
Apprentice working Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.
Delivery: Day release teaching, approximately every other Friday on campus in Hatfield.
Training Provider Location: The University of Hertfordshire Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9EU.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
With a track record of successful placements and client satisfaction, you can progress to a senior consultant role. Take on more complex recruitment projects, including executive-level or specialised roles. Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
