Accounts Apprentice ARGYLE (NORTH WEST) CONSTRUCTION LTD
This role will be an integral part of the Finance team, supporting the Accounts Payable function through working on our new Microsoft Dynamics system to process invoices, reconcile accounts and work with Buyers to resolve queries. There will also be opportunities to get involved in other adhoc financial projects as the business continues to evolve.

What you will do in your working day
- Assist with monitoring the Invoice inbox
- Answer phone/email queries relating to invoices/payments
- Assist in reconciling supplier accounts
- Posting invoices and credit memos
- Work closely with the Buying team to resolve queries between invoices and purchase orders
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as they are required
