What you will do in your working day

  • Assist with monitoring the Invoice inbox
  • Answer phone/email queries relating to invoices/payments
  • Assist in reconciling supplier accounts
  • Posting invoices and credit memos
  • Work closely with the Buying team to resolve queries between invoices and purchase orders
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as they are required
