What you will do in your working day

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoicing using accounting software.

• Responsible for Credit Control of receivables.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and promptly.

• Responsible for maintaining Bank Reconciliation statements regularly.

• Responsible for Bookkeeping of financial documents.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding Invoicing.

• Update the Aging Analysis report to management every week.

Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability. Boom Training and Hope Superjobs Ltd will provide guidance and support to help complete apprenticeship coursework. 

The training you will be getting

AAT Level 3 Assistant Accountant, which includes:

  • You'll have four Level 3 AAT exams including advanced bookkeeping, Final Accounts Preparation, and more
  • Modules covering Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours in Finance
  • You'll have a personal tutor to guide you through your training
  • You will attend 1:1 sessions with your tutor every 2/3 weeks
  • End Point Assessment (online)
  • Occasional group classes with other learners
  • Access to MyAAT for learning material
  • AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting
  • AAT Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping (if required)
