- Level 2 Community Activator Coach - Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- Level 1 Functional Skills English (exemptions apply)
- Level 1 Functional Skills Maths (exemptions apply)
- Safeguarding and Protecting Children training (if required)
- National Conferences (if required)
- Gymnastics Coaching Qualification which is paid for with fully mentored support
- Nationally recognised First Aid qualification (if required)
